Hi carsten - this defect comes as expected..
For the steering, wedico released an update to the first version of the loader: https://www.ttm-shop.de/baumaschinen/r…enk-cat-966g-ii
For some time they also offered some updates for the arms: will check if i have a picture of the parts...
Hi Carsten,

Hi Carsten,
Igus is a company, here is the webside:

Hi Ralf
Thanks for reply. Do anyone know what specific thing I have to search for there as there's a lot
Best Regards
Carsten
Hi Carsten,
let me jump in: Here is the link for the English website of Igus, there is also a website in Dansk available and I think also a local web-shop.
You have to search for the plain bearing:
https://www.igus.co.uk/iglidur/plain-bearing
and now you can filter on the left to fit to 6mm bolts, than you can select the outer diameter, 7mm is the smallest one, so your bearing thickness is only 0,5mm... the length of the bearing can be selected as well and can be selected according the arm thickness. in worst case you can cut the bearing with a sharp knife
I propose the G Type, I used this bearing as well on my China excavator and it is working well.
https://www.igus.co.uk/product/64
let me give you a further hint, this plain bearing will only get the exact inner diameter if the outer diameter of the hole is perfect, you MUST ensure that the hole diameter for the bearing is def. not bigger than 7,0mm, it is even better to drill the hole to 6,9mm. In addition it is very important to make a 60° countersink drill to have a good chamfer of the hole. Otherwise the plastic bearing will be damaged during the assembly. If you go this way, the inner hole might be a little bit to small, so use a 6mm hand reamer and increase it carefully that your 6mm bold fits..... with that approach I could create on my china excavator "nearly" perfect bearings, with and exact fixing of the bolds, but still movable.
last but not least, I use a polishedH7 silversteel bold, which has already the right outer diameter, so you have already on "perfect" size.

Wolfgang
